Symptom narrative

Swelling in arm, difficultly to lift arm, warmth and redness at injection site. Stated this started Saturday evening following the injection. Patient was seen as video visit with MD on Tuesday 10/28/25 and was prescribed diclofenac 75 mg, Patient was also complaining of pain in her armpit so MD prescribed Augmentin 875 mg as well as CBC and CPK tests.
