Symptom narrative

RN was speaking to another staff member at the health department. Reports that patient was complaining of pain in her arm where she received her flu shot. Reports that she has difficulty raising her arm that she reportedly had the shot. Per this staff member, the patient is having an xray done on her arm and has consulted with her NP. Per the staff member, the arm is not not red or swollen just painful at movement.
