Symptom narrative

Patient did not experience adverse events- the problem is that he had already received an Arexvy on 11/28/2023 and then requested and received an additional dose of Arexvy on 10/28/2025. The patient did not realize he should have only received one dose per lifetime and the pharmacist did not realize the patient had already gotten a dose of RSV shot approximately two years prior.
