Symptom narrative

I became sick and achy for about 5 days, with the pain especially concentrated in my shoulders. It was difficult and painful to raise my arms above my head. The other symptoms (fatigue, fever) subsided; however, the stiffness, weakness, and pain in shoulders has only decreased somewhat, but has not gone away.
