She received the third dose today, 10/2/2025.; This spontaneous report was received from a Consumer or other non health professional and refers to a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date in March 2023, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), 1 dosage form. On an unknown date in May 2023, she received the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), 1 dosage form. She did not get the last dose. However, on 02-OCT-2025 (also reported as today) the patient was vaccinated with the third dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), 1 dosage form (Inappropriate schedule of product administration). All doses were administered as prophylaxis (exact dose, route of administration, anatomical site of injection, lot number and expiration date were not reported for any of the administered doses).
