Symptom narrative

Patient's mother came to pharmacy on 10/29/25 and stated that her son's arm had "swollen up" following administration of the influenza vaccine. Her son saw the school nurse and she advised ibuprofen and an ice pack. The patient was given ibuprofen and the symptoms were resolving by 10/29/25. Patient's mother also stated that the area was itchy on 10/29/25.
