Symptom narrative

On 10-15-2025 I lost approx 70% of my hearing in the right ear. By 10-17-2025 I lost all of my hearing in the right ear. Note: Covid Vaccine was given on the same side. The Fluzone was given on the left. On 10-27-2025 the hearing loss resolved and my hearing returned to normal in the right ear with no medical intervention.
