Symptom narrative

Child developed fussiness, hypothermia (rectal temps 95 farenheit range) and diffuse non-pruritic pink maculopapular rash on 10th day after the vaccines. Hypothermia lasted 3 days. Rash ongoing on the 4th day (as of today).
