Flu vaccine received 10/27/2025. Immediately following injection complaints of site being itchy. In 10/29/2025 at 05:00 patient noted injection site was red, raised warm to touch approximately the size of a quarter. Complained of itching and pain at injection site. Arrived to work at 06:00 and made co-workers aware. Throughout the morning the site became larger, approximately half dollar sized. Red rash appeared on left side of neck and upper left chest. Took Benadryl 25mg. Symptoms persisted and rash spread, moving across chest neck and face. Site reaction assessed by Mid-levels in office. Solumedrol 125mg was administered to right Deltoid. On 10/30/25 site re-assessed. Swelling and redness and reduced to quarter size. Site remains itchy but not painful.
