Symptom narrative

Within 24 hours of receiving vaccine, patient states she became feverish, slightly light-headed, and developed red welts on her left arm and face. She also is itching from her wrist, up her arm. She took 2 tylenol that first night, and a benadryl, but after 3 days, itching and red spots remain.
