Symptom narrative

As soon as it was injected - it hurt, considerably more than expected. I winced. I then felt pain radiate down to my hand. I was hoping it would simply go away. But it has not resolved. Sometimes it appears to be gone - but then it comes back. More noticeably when I use it, and seemingly more so at night.
