Symptom narrative

10/30/25 @1030 Pt experienced about a 10 second seizure and syncope episode. Pt dad at side. Pt stated to see black spots and proceeded to get a blank stare and rigid body. Pt laid down in supine position and given an ammonia inhalant to smell. Pt returned to a conscious state. Pt stayed supine for about 5 minutes and sat up in a sitting position. Pt given crackers and coke to eat and a drink. Pt stated to have tingling sensation in hands. Pt encouraged to eat and drink food. Ice pack placed in the back of the neck. Pt maintained in room for about 5 additional minutes. Pt stated to feel better. Pt instructed to stay sitting down. Program manager informed of incident. Program manager spoke with family. Pt and dad monitored for additional 15 min. At 1055, pt alert and oriented x4. Pt dad and pt escorted out of building with no further issues.
