Symptom narrative

Shortness of breath with activitiy to the point of discomfort that took 3-4 months to resolve Near constant tachycardia that took 3-4 months to improve Current PCM attributes these and prior year similar symptoms to the flu vaccine. Note: Symptoms had been evaluated following 2023 flu shot with PCM, ER and a cardiologist. Due to flu shot requirement I was administered the vaccine again in 2024 although I had prior year reactions, particularly in 2023. Prior year flu vaccinations (2022 and earlier) were followed by noticable but more minor similar reactions.
