Symptom narrative

Patient received the Flu and Covid with no reaction--Immediately upon injecting Heplisav-B, patient went completely white, limp, and started to fall out of the chair. Within 2 minutes patient was alert again and saying she was nauseted. 911 was called immediately--paramedics came and monitored patient for 20 minutes. Patient was released to go home with her mom and did not want to be taken via ambulance
