Symptom narrative

Patient states the morning after receiving the vaccine she had a sore scratchy throat. The following day she developed a blown pupil which would not accommodate (she cannot focus for near vision). The following day it spread to the other eye. Now both pupils are blown and the patient cannot accommodate.
