Symptom narrative

TM report ongoing soreness in her left arm following administration of the flu vaccine on October 1 at the flu clinic. TM stated that the initial symptom was localized soreness around the injection site, which has persisted and remains constant. TM reports experiencing internal tingling and itchiness when raising the arm but denies any external redness, swelling, or fever.
