Symptom narrative

pr received capvaxive on 10/24/25. woke up friday night shivering felt like he had a fever. took ibuprofen. he slept most of the day saturday. On saturday after noon he got in the shower and felt lightheaded. Then woke up laying in the bottom of the tub. he believes he fell in the shower. wife noticed bruise on his back. Sunday temp was 99. Left arm is swollen, red from the vaccine. pt is feeling better today. Left arm also swollen ,red, warm to touch
