Symptom narrative

pt says the next day she had fatigue, dizziness, headache, brain fog, nausea, body aches, palpitations, low grade fever and chills. Then she developed a 2 1/4 a red hot knot at the injection site 8 days after being vaccinated. Its red, hot and swollen. She still has all of the symptoms but they are getting some better.

Medical history

HBP and cholesterol controlled w/ meds, stent placement

centrum silver, 81mg aspirin, coreg 3.125 mg, crestor 5mg, Famciclovir 250mg,
