Symptom narrative

Patient got 2 vaccines on 10/24. On 10/29, patient started to notice symptoms of redness and warm to touch on the left arm at injection sites. The redness area is about 4 inches wide on 10/30 when speaking with pharmacist. She also stated the site is not painful, just uncomfortable. She was told to start taking Benadryl right away and will take 2 more tonight. Patient will contact doctor if symptoms get work
