Symptom narrative

This patient came to pharmacy today and stated she developed rash on the back of her arm (not near the injection site) after getting the flu vaccine on 10/10/25. It's gone now.

soy bean products, shell fish , pneumonia vaccine, sulfa drug, sulfacetamides, aspirin, morphine, NSAIDS, theophylline, cyclobenzaprine
