Symptom narrative

Onset of near syncope (decreased responsiveness, pallor, dusky lips) approximately 5 minutes after receiving vaccinations and while witnessing sisters receive multiple vaccines. Symptoms resolved completely over several minutes with elevation of legs, ice pack, and drinking sips of juice. Normal activity at discharge from the office.
