Localized erythema, swelling, warmth and pain approximately 5 inches in diameter within 24 hours of vaccine administration. Possible cellulitis vs differential of allergic drug reaction. Treat with Benadryl 25mg BID, Ibuprofen 800mg BID and Augmentin 875mg BID x 1 week
