Symptom narrative

Pt fainted on the bus this morning and when she arrived at school she went to the nurse, pulse was 122. When mom arrived to pick her up her pulse was down to 108. Mom reports temp of 99-100, and she is complaining of right arm pain, with a pain level of 7/10 and some swelling, and she is unable to move her arm. Mom reports she wont even let her mom touch it at the area of the immunization. Mom does report some facial flushing. Pt denies any chest pain, difficulty breathing, or swelling in back of throat. **Noted by RN Triage** Patient is being seen today 10/31/2025 at Clinic for assessment
