Symptom narrative

Patient received high dose flu shot around 6 pm and by the time she went to bed it was red and warm, by the next morning it was very red itchy and warm-- the redness grew and by evening it was at about 4 to 5 niches all around where shot was given. pt went to urgent care and reported back to the pharmacy that she was told it was most likely an allergic reaction.
