Symptom narrative

Pt reported chills, sweats, chest/neck contraction, soreness, swollen and painful to touch lymph nodes, back soreness where kidneys are located ,swollen joints (Knees, elbows, ankles) and severe shaking (convulsions) states his "shaking was so severe he bit his tongue". Pt did not go to the ER during his reaction. he reported this event to immunizations on 31 OCT 25 @ 11:40 and stated he is doing much better. He stated the symptoms lasted from monday evening, all the way until Wednesday.
