One day after he received his vaccines, patient developed a diffuse urticarial rash and vomiting.

Lab data

He was seen in the ED on 10/28 and had a CBC, BMP, UA, chest XR, and respiratory viral panel. This workup was remarkable for hemoglobin 10.3 with low MCV, mildly low sodium at 133. Otherwise normal.
