Symptom narrative

Patient and wife called from their home approximately 45 minutes after receiving vaccine to report that he had a reaction to the vaccine. He reported the rxn as muscle cramping pain in his center and lower back soon after vaccination. The patient and wife had walked out to their car in the store parking lot when the reaction occurred. They did not come back into the store to report the reaction, but did call EMS. EMS did respond to the parking lot. The patient reported that after EMS arrived, the EMT's wanted him to get out of his car and onto the stretcher. The patient did not wind up getting on the stretcher, as he reported the pain subsided. EMS told the patient his BP was elevated, but the patient told them it always is. The patient reported to this pharmacist that he no longer is experiencing pain per the 10/31/25 1305 phone call.
