Symptom narrative

The patient received two doses of the high-dose flu vaccine, one from our pharmacy on 08/26/25 and one from a rehabilitation facility on 10/07/25. We informed both the patient's caregiver and primary care provider. The patient's caregiver didn't notice any adverse events since the patient has returned home after the reabilitation stay. The patient's primary care provider said that the patient is stable and has not experienced any adverse events.
