Symptom narrative

Anxious behavior the day after vaccine. Frequently repeating himself. Crying inconsolably. Skipped nap, stayed up late. Decreased appetite. Two days after vaccine had periorbital edema and redness, that worsened for 2 days and then resolved with antihistamine.

none. Did receive Hep A and influenza vaccines 1 month prior 9/24/25.
