Symptom narrative

2 days after receiving PCV-20, patient was noted to have erythema and mild warmth surrounding the injection site of recent Prevnar-20 vaccination. Area of erythema/warmth involved the majority of her left dorsal upper arm. Area of erythema was marked; strict urgent care and return precautions given to patient. Sx resolved a few days later.
