Symptom narrative

Employee reports when she woke up 10/31 at 0500 she noticed her Lt deltoid injection site was warm, red, swollen and painful. She reported no other symptoms other than a headache she does not believe is related to her flu vaccine. She reports no history of a reaction like this in the past. She states she will use ice and OTC meds and will contact Employee Health to be seen if needed.
