Symptom narrative

Registered Nurse injected Abrysvo RSV syringe into patient's left deltoid. The fluid leaked out of the side of the top of the syringe onto the patient's arm and exam table. Provider was called into room to witness fluid on table and discuss event with patient. Patient declined to receive second injection.
