Symptom narrative

Client was in a seated position and shortly after giving the last vaccine, client turned pail and fainted in a seated position. PHN held him in a seated position until client woke up. PHN gave him 3 glasses of water and opened the window until he was able to stand and leave the room. Through the use of an interpreter, PHN explained what happened and that this can happen with vaccines at times.
