maladministration of an expired dose of Kinrix; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 7745R, expiry date 22-AUG-2025) for prophylaxis. On 09-OCT-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 09-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: maladministration of an expired dose of Kinrix). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
