Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Late 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 83-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Zostavax (received in 2009) and Shingrix (received 1st dose on 07-JAN-2019). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:16-OCT-2025 The reporter came to get a Flu shot, patient said that they went to their doctor office and realize that they did not get their 2nd Shingrix shot.
