Symptom narrative

Arexvy vaccine to somebody and it did not go in all the way. I don't really know all the details but all I know is that it went halfway; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 71-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 7HZ93, expiry date 12-DEC-2026) for prophylaxis. On 17-OCT-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Arexvy. On 17-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced underdose (Verbatim: Arexvy vaccine to somebody and it did not go in all the way. I don't really know all the details but all I know is that it went halfway). The outcome of the underdose was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 20-OCT-2025 Reporter stated that the Arexvy vaccine administered to somebody and it did not go in all the way. Reporter don't really know all the details, but all know that it went halfway, and the patient was wondering when she should come back to get the whole vaccine.
