Symptom narrative

patient presented with red inflammation in left arm which she stated was itching and hurting on 10/31/25 but started on 10/28/25 . she was recommended to use benadryl , tylenol extra strength and heating pads to help with the soreness and to see her doctor if symptoms do not resolve in a timely manner or increase.

hypertension, hyperthyroidism , breast cancer
