Symptom narrative

Pt said there was a round-ish area of her arm south of the injection site that became visibly red and warm. It was clearly at least 2 inches below the vaccination site (the band-aid that marked the vaccine was still on at the time). Pt was advised to keep watch and report to dr if any changes or worsening. During follow up pt reported that the mark gradually went away over the course of a week.
