Symptom narrative

Patient came to pharmacy on 10/28/25 and stated that after she received Prev-20 (left Arm) and Fluzone-HD (R-Arm) on 9/30/25, she had some bruising and swelling on her left arm. It was painful and lasted few days before it subsided but not completely gone. She also stated that her left arm is still has some swelling and little painful especially when she tries raise her arm.
