Symptom narrative

Woke up next day after vaccination 10/28/25, complaining of stomachache followed by muscle aches (legs and arms) and then passed out completely. Took her to the ER where she passed again prior to arrival and was having waves of pain in her muscles. When we were taken back to a bed in the ER, she said she couldn't feel her arms or legs. Her arms were so stiff, and she couldn't move her hands/fingers or make a fist at all. She was having muscle spasms and muscle rigidity. Complained of headache and stomach pain when the whole-body muscle pains would hit. After being discharged, she was weak, needed help walking and continued to feel lethargic with intermittent headache until a couple of days later. On 10/29/25, developed localized reaction to left deltoid. She had pain at injection site, tender to touch, redness and induration- that resolved 10/31/25.
