Symptom narrative

Patient said she started feeling bad the day after the shot. She had fever, chills, sweating, chest pains and vomiting for several days. Her left arm was red, hot and swollen. She went to her primary care provider who sent her to the ER. At the ER she had an electrocardiogram done and X-ray. She said they told her she had "inflammed avioli of the lungs and inflammation of the heart." They told her they believed it was due to the vaccine. As of today patient is still not feeling well and has an appointment with a cardiologist for a heart evaluation.

Diabetic, high blood pressure, over weight, seizure disorder

Allergy to hydrocodone -reaction severe arrhythmia. Allergy to morphine-reaction arrhythmia Allergy to moxifloxacin eye drop-reaction swelling eyes and mouth
