Symptom narrative

Patient received both Arexvy and Boostrix as IM injections in the left arm, on Thursday, October 30th. She came into the pharmacy and reported that her left arm was red, hot, and swollen. She did go to urgent care and they gave her cefadroxil to prevent skin infection.
