Symptom narrative

The patient complained the shot was given too high up to her shoulder area which caused 7 out of 10 severe pain which started about one hour after the shot that she had to take strong pain killer. She had to go to see a physical therapist who said the vaccine caused soft tissue damage. She confirmed there is no local swelling or redness except for a bruise mark. She said her pain is getting better.
