Symptom narrative

3 days of fever, chills, uncontrollable shakes, tremors. Headache brought on dry heaves, wrenching with only spit and clear bile produced. Horrific abdominal pain that led to extreme pain in lower back/kidney. Kidney pain absolute worst symtom. Constant urge to urinate or bowel movement with no result for 3 days. Drank 2 small glasses of warm milk and 2 large glasses of water over 2 days. Felt very dehydrated but drinking water seemed to bring on the worst kidney pain.
