Symptom narrative

Reported sharp chest pains, SOB, temp of 99F, and that her face got hot the evening she got her vaccines. Presented at the ED the next morning with SOB, chest tightness, chest pain, decreased breath sounds, (reported) fever, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness. Treated with DuoNeb breathing treatment and prednisone PO. Discharged with refill of albuterol nebulizer solution and methylprednisolone 4mg dosepak. Diagnosed with vaccination complication, initial encounter and mild intermittent asthma without complication.
