Symptom narrative

pt says her arm was sore after getting the vaccine. She had pain in her arm that went down into her hand and made it numb. She developed a bad headache. The next morning she had pain in her left shoulder that went down her arm that made her hand making her finger numb like she had pins and needles in them. These symptoms are getting worse and not better. She reached out to her work where she was vaccinated to let them know to contact her PCP.

she had flu symptoms after flu vaccine about 4 years ago. She got really sick after her 2nd covid vaccine.
