Symptom narrative

shaking (started about 10:30pm - roughly 6 hours after injection); loss of bladder control (started 24 hours after injection); vision disturbances - blind in both eyes when pt woke up then felt like look at the sun in an eclipse (started 7:30am the next day) - pressed on eyebrow, which was painful at first, but then all vision returned; tips of fingers in injection arm bright red and sensitive (started during the day following injection, lasted for about 24 hours); pain in opposing arm as if the vaccine had been given there; bright red elbow joints of both arms and knuckle of index finger on injection arm; flu like symptoms with pain in most joints
