Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Severe, Additional Details: vaccine adminsitered at 12pm 10/21/25. patient felt fine and went to work on 10/22/25. at 5:30am on the morning of 10/23 patient experienced visual disturbances (when looking at clock) resolved within 10 minutes. but upon waking up was having dizziness/vertigo that was affecting her ability to walk straight. called ambulance and went to ER, did multiple tests including CT scan with no findings. no medication administered in response to adverse event. today 10/24/25 patient is now asymptomatic
