Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: pt states that immunizer gave shot too high up into top of shoulder and hit bone had to go ot the md and physical therapist with limited arm mobility
