Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: a second pfizer covid shot was accidentally administered. Patient's prescriber's office was notified on 10-24, and the patient was followed up on on 10-25 with a phone call. Patient had a headache the previous evening but was doing well as of 3:30 pm saturday
